Mark has worked with and trained in a wide variety of sectors and his clients include both blue chip and household names (e.g. Barratt Homes, Autotrader, Google, TES Global, A2Dominion, Mobile Mini, North Yorkshire County Council and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics). As well as an avid presenter, motivator and conference speaker, Mark is also the author of the book “The Single Sales Principle and the 8 Myths of Selling”.

Her experience includes managing sales teams, business development, designing dispute resolution services for clients, communications, website development and client relationship management. Ala is also a CEDR accredited mediator and facilitator.

He worked for 17 years for Procter & Gamble, starting in Sales, pausing in Market Research, before finding the land of L&D, an ideal place to dive deep into learning theory and knowledge systems. Throughout his time there he found an increasing range of ways to turn the brilliant people he met into inspirational presenters, culminating in him becoming the P&G global expert in training all aspects of presentation skills training.
