LEVEL 3 MANAGEMENT QUALIFICATIONS

CMI Level 3 Award, Certificate or Diploma in First Line Management (QCF)

The Level 3 qualifications in First Line Management are developed for junior managers, supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity and who wish to build on and develop their existing management skills and knowledge. This qualification gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency.

Level 3 management qualifications can be delivered on-line, via classroom training, or by using a blended training approach with both on-line and classroom elements integrated. Depending on whether you are going for an Award, Certificate or Diploma, you will need to complete between one and six assignments.

Awards

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 6 credits to achieve this qualification.

Certificate

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits to achieve this qualification.

Diploma

With a more comprehensive structure, our Level 3 Diploma in First Line Management (QCF) gives you all the key skills and competencies you’ll need to become an effective first line manager.

These qualifications focus on the personal development of the individual learner’s management capabilities and competencies.

Level 5 management qualifications can be delivered on-line, via classroom training, or by using a blended training approach with both online and classroom elements integrated. Depending on whether you are going for an Award, Certificate or Diploma, you will need to complete between one and six assignments, with the Extended Diploma requiring nine assignments.

Awards

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 6 credits to achieve this qualification.

Certificate

A more extensive qualification, the Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership (QCF) gives you a broader knowledge of middle management skills while focusing on the specific leadership areas appropriate to you and your workplace.

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits to achieve this qualification.

Diploma

Our Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership (QCF) is designed for middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their key skills. A Diploma in Management and Leadership is the benchmark qualification for full CMI membership, taking you another step towards Chartered Manager status.

Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 38 credits to achieve this qualification.
