David Barnes - Non Executive Chairman
Over the last 30 years, David has held senior positions in a number of industries. He has extensive experience in acquisitions, change management, compliance, investor relations, branding, asset management, and business development.
In recent years, David has run his own consultancy and business advisory service company. His clients range from large multinationals to small and medium sized specialist companies across a large range of industries. Previously, he was the executive director and chief operating officer in Asia Pacific for a global corporate travel group. He has an honours degree and is a retired Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
David's role as non executive chairman at Lammore is to chair board meetings, provide strategic guidance and to assist where necessary with programme development & reviews.
Mark Blackmore - Founding Partner

Mark has worked with and trained in a wide variety of sectors and his clients include both blue chip and household names( Black & Decker, AutoTrader, Google, Nokia , Mars/Masterfoods,).
During 16 highly successful years in publishing sales and recruitment Mark has held senior sales and management positions won top performer awards at every organisation in which he has worked.
Tim Haslam - Founding Partner

Tim is an entrepreneur with over 20 years business and senior management experience, gained within both his own businesses and the corporate world. He progressed through the ranks of the YELL business at record breaking speed and spent 15years in senior management positions within the Sales & training divisions.
Tim has a keen sense of humor and enjoys engaging those he works with in a fun and informal way. His expertise in people management, sales strategy and personal development have resulted in him maintaining hands on involvement with some of Lammore's key accounts in addition to his responsibilities as Sales Director.
Ian McGowan - Business Development Manager

Ian has been a Sales Professional for the last 20 years and has considerable experience in delivering Sales Strategies, Managing Sales Teams and achieving results in a range of organizations, mainly within the Publishing, IT and Business Process Outsourcing Industries.
His most notable successes have come whilst working with companies such as IKON Plc, Yell and iGAte Corporation. As well as working with the established organizations, Ian has also delivered successful results to start up companies such as Merit Outsourcing and Mastech. Client relationships that Ian has gained include GE Aircraft Engines, Cisco Systems, Electronic Arts, Trinity Mirror Plc, emap plc GE Healthcare and Hospital Corporation of America to name a few.
Ian is a Graduate from London University and lived in Malaysia for 21 years gaining an extensive knowledge of the Asian region.
