Tom has spent 20 years in consultancy working with clients as diverse as Bank of Scotland, Royal & SunAlliance, J Sainsbury, Royal Mail, Marks and Spencer, BT and HM Cabinet Office. In addition to training design, delivery and consulting responsibilities, Tom held Operations and Sales Director positions in two consultancies giving him valuable line management and major sales experience, creating a highly pragmatic approach to training and development.
Evelyn Kay – Associate Partner
Evelyn brings great enthusiasm to any intervention with which she is involved. She was schooled using Dale Carnegie’s methods and Evelyn’s strengths lie in personal development and supporting managers to become leaders.
Evelyn is on the Board of Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce. She is a qualified Instructor for the Dale Carnegie Course and the Leadership Training for Managers programme, a licensed Insights Practitioner and an accredited Aset Teamscapes Facilitator. An experienced sales and marketing professional with a proven track record in business unit start-up, growth and board level sales into blue chip organisations, Jonathan’s career has spanned retail innovation & sales, new business sales, technical solution sales, key account management, field sales management, sales improvement, training, executive coaching and P&L responsibility. Clients include Mercedes Benz and Apple.
Jonathan currently has two published titles – “All-Time Essentials for Entrepreneurs” and “Freesourcing: how to start a business with no money” (Wiley Capstone).

Simon has a successful big business career behind him in investment banking, consultancy, sales, finance and manufacturing; so he appreciates first hand the need for real results from any training investment. He is a training polymath, qualified in the firm foundations like NLP and Myers Brigg, while able to bring training innovations using concepts like Game Theory and Behavioural Economics.

Ala has nearly 20 years’ business experience in the dispute resolution services and publishing sectors. Her experience includes managing sales teams, business development, designing dispute resolution services for clients, communications and client relationship management. Ala is also a CEDR accredited mediator and facilitator. She has provided a range of mediation training to mediators, solicitors and barristers, postgraduate students and international delegations of judges and ombudsmen from around the world.
