Our industry leading sales training course is endorsed by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM). On achievement of the required standard delegates are awarded ISMM certification (graded: Distinction/Merit/Pass). A full individual feedback report is produced for each delegate detailing key strengths and areas for further improvement. The key stakeholders/programme sponsors receive summary reports as well as copies of the delegate’s reports.
