        In the summer budget announced yesterday (8th July), Chancellor George Osborne announced that he plans to use a levy on large employers to help create three million apprentices by 2020. Mr Osborne said a “drastic and frankly long overdue approach” was key to addressing Britain’s “weak productivity.”
